Mr. DiCaprio brings over 20 years Semiconductor Industry experience in senior management positions for industry leading companies like Amkor Technology, ChipPAC, ASE Group and IBM. While with these companies, Vincent established a strong network of contacts in the Semiconductor and Electronics industry. His diverse international record of revenue growth resultant from cultivating deep Tier 1 customer relationships, launching integrated business operating models, and tirelessly shaping intellectual property portfolios and their relationship to share price is beyond comparison. The scope of his experience has spanned virtually all aspects of the semiconductor industry, including R&D, Product/Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Corporate/Business Development and Operations.
Vincent received his BSEng from Concordia University, holds 30 Patents in the field of Semiconductor Packaging (Product, Process, Equipment) and is fluent in 3 languages (English, French and Italian).
